Cancellation policy

Customers may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing their order, provided the order has not entered processing or production. Once production begins or the item has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted. Pre‑order items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, after which they become final due to early production scheduling. Limited‑edition drops, custom items, and final‑sale products are not eligible for cancellation at any time. To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team with their name, order number, and reason for cancellation. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method, typically within 3–7 business days depending on the customer’s bank.
